Psalm 127:1
Psalm 127:1 Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.
Would you build your own house after borrowing money from a financial institution if you lack building experience? The answer is no as a matter of fact most financial lenders will not release any money for building unless a credible contractor is secured. The psalmist wrote that our labor, all labor is in vain if the Lord is not a part of the formation. Everything we do should include consultation from the Lord. Think about it before we got grown we ran ideas and dreams by our parents for approval. Sometimes they said go for it other times they said wait! Here are the takeaways;
Your ministry work is worthless without his approval
You relationships are lacking if the Lord is left out
Your money doesn’t reach as far without giving back to him
Your favor refuses to manifest itself without the master builder
When the enemy comes at you like a flood you will drown in it without his standard!
Start this year off yielding to the standards of the divine builder because having to rebuild can be costly, frustrating and time consuming.
