Why is Patience a Virtue Romans 5:3-4 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope: In this discourse written by the Apostle Paul, the test of tribulation is the subject. It is important to see that patience is the first block upon all others are built. Before we can begin the process of growing, healing, forgiving, etc., we must execute the virtue of patience.
