Action speaks louder than words!

Matthew 27:13-14. Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee? And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly.

People boast all the time about how much they love this person and that person. We hear them say it all the time, I just love you, I love you, I love you! Love is a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person. Although it is good to be heard, love is much better when felt.

Jesus loved us so that he didn’t even attempt to defend himself in Pilate’s courtroom. His actions to cover our sins with his blood spoke louder than any words he could have said.

Now that’s Love!!!
