Warm Means Neutrality

Revelation 3:15-16. I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

God sent this message to the people of Laodicea which means, “Just People”. They lived up to the meaning of their name because they did not take a stand for good or against evil. They were just lukewarm people. This position taken by the Laodiceans angered God. We cannot sit comfortably on the fence position less either you’re for a cause or you are against it.

Neutrality is like placing spoil food in one’s mouth, in seconds, it is spited back out.

Lord help us to take a stand for righteousness!
