Disappointments

Dealing with disappointments varies between each of us. Some people can bounce back rather quickly while others goes into a shell. It isn’t easy, to start over, after failure. Death is a disappointment because we want our loved ones around forever. Disappointments separates us from successes and victories.

I’m reminded of Apostle Paul when he asked the questions, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?”(Rom 8:35) Paul then answered his questions in verse 39, “Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord”.

In some cases, disappointments are opportunities!
