What did you have for breakfast?



Breakfast is considered by many as the most important meal of the day. Unless I am fasting, I don’t miss it. It not just eating breakfast but what you eat for breakfast. Too much sweet for breakfast can actually have an adverse effect for the rest of the day. Sweet has a way of spiking your energy level momentarily thus leaving you tired the rest of the day until you eat a balance meal.


Such is the breakfast you feed your soul spiritually. If you digest vulgar languages, hatred, and obscene visions your soul will start the day distorted. However, if you start the day in meditation, prayer, scriptural reading, etc., your soul is energized and ready to communicate with the Lord of host.
